GENERAL ASSEMBLY:
All members of the Company are members of the General Assembly and meet once a year at a time and place convenient as decided upon by the Board of Directors.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
The board consists of Founder Members of the Company who are permanently constituted by this Constitution and include The Honorary Chairperson, The Honorary Vice-Chairperson, The Honorary Treasurer, The Honorary Secretary and Honorary Members thereto.
ORGANISATION SECRETARIAT:
The secretariat situated at the Registered Offices of the Company is headed by the Programme Director who is responsible for the day to day affairs of the Company. The Programe Director is assisted by the Treasurer and Secretary to the Company to form a management team.
